What we collect and why

Visiting the site. When you open this site, the hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the page and keep the site secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for no longer than the hosting provider's standard retention period.

Contacting us by email or phone. If you write to us, we process your name, contact details, and the content of your message to respond to you and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the matter is open and then for the period required to defend legal claims, which in Poland is generally up to six years.

Booking a meeting. The "Book a meeting" button takes you to Calendly, where you enter your name, email address, and meeting time. Calendly processes this data on our behalf. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies on this site.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery and security)

  • Unsplash, Inc. (image hosting; your browser requests images from their servers)

  • Calendly LLC (meeting scheduling, United States)

  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd (Email provider)

Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email info@jmjconsult.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
